Fantastic. Joe and Sam were understaffed but still gave me attention quickly and answered all my questions as a first time buyer very easily. Didn’t make me feel pressured. Joe definitely knows his cars. 10/10

Had a wonderful experience here!After several rough Facebook marketplace listings inspections, my husband and I decided to make the trek to Middletown. We live in Florence, Ky so it was about an hour drive but totally worth it!They were more than happy to oblige when asked if we could test drive it to our mechanic back in Florence. They were completely understanding and welcoming to the idea of someone else inspecting before purchase - that was a huge green flag for us.We even mentioned possibly wanting to put new tires on it, and Joe said bring it back to him when we do and they'll give us a good deal. Love that they take care of their customers, even after purchasing! They even got us a brand new key fob at no charge to us when they noticed the vehicle didn't have one! Heck yeah!After a nice test drive on 75 and a good report card from our mechanic, the buying process was simple, fast, and easy! Definitely a great experience! We will absolutely consider them again in the future.

I bought a car here about 4 months ago now. Joe and Sam worked to made the whole process seamless and take less than 3 hours. They were very helpful, forth-coming, and honest about service history and everything else I asked. I got a great price on the car and I have had no mechanical issues in the time I have owned it. The car is in excellent condition for being used. I took my fiancé there to buy a car this week, and they went above and beyond in helping us sort out the finances. Both times I have worked with them have been great experiences, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for used cars.
