I came in as a random from the internet interested in a particular RAV4 they had listed on CarFax. They had this very well kept low mile specimen from 2011 for a fair price--exactly what I was looking for. Everything checked out, no surprises. I had an issue with the tires and Sam offered to put on a new set of my choice. No mind games or pressure tactics, just selling cars. Very good people. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. Rare.

Amazing amazing customer service. Really cares about the customer. Spent almost 5 hours working with us and the bank to get us approved for our dream van. Unfortunately once we were able to drive the car off the lot we got across town and the cars battery light came on and it died. We called Joe and he drove to us and checked it and it was the alternator. He let us put our kids in his car and drive his car back to the shop while he drove ours after jumping it and ordered the alternator immediately and said that we could take his car until ours was fixed and ready to drive and if it wasnt done by 8 my fiance could use it for work until tomorrow. The car was fixed and ready to go by 7:30. Never had such a caring experience before thank you guys!

About a year ago, my husband and I purchased a Honda Civic from Brandon, with some assistance from Joe. The car was everything we wanted and more. Great condition, low mileage, and a more than fair price. Brandon was incredibly helpful and transparent, while also not pushing us to spend outside our price range, which several other dealerships in the area did attempt to do. Recently we unfortunately got in a wreck that totaled the vehicle, and VIP is the first place I thought of! These men are excellent at what they do and I am looking forward to working with them again. If you're looking for a reliable, honest car dealership, I cannot recommend them more. This review may be very overdue, but I have full confidence that they'll be able to help us in finding a new set of wheels and get us back on the road. Be sure to include them in your car search, you will not be disappointed!
