We had an excellent experience here! All the staff were very friendly and professional through the whole process, and they’re clearly passionate and knowledgeable about cars. They definitely stood out compared to the other two dealers we'd visited earlier that day, both for their great service and for the quality of the cars for the prices being asked. I needed to get a car on fairly short notice because of a job opportunity that fell into place, and they were very efficient but never pressured us even with our time constraints. We had a relatively minor problem emerge with the car’s temperature controls during the test drive, and they were very quick and transparent about diagnosing it, and happy to explain and show us everything they were doing as they looked at the car. We bought the car and scheduled to have them fix it a few days later and they were quick with the repair- it took me longer to drive there than it did for them to get everything working. We would definitely buy another car here in the future!
Sam and Joe are total rock stars. They made the car buying experience quick and easy. They even went way above and beyond when I had some minor concerns after the sale. Superior customer service and genuinely nice people!

If I ever need another nice used car VIP will be at the top of my list. It was a very pleasant no pressure buying experience. Sam and Caleb were awesome.

I purchased a car here yesterday and the experience was great. The gentlemen were all extremely helpful. They're not like other dealerships that just want to sell you any car they can for the money. They genuinely want you to take home a great car that you love. They encouraged me to have a mechanic inspect the car that I wanted to ensure there were no problems. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend VIP Auto Sales.

My wife and I needed a car for our family. We didn’t have a very big budget but we also needed something dependable. Joe and Sam were very sincere and worked with us to help get us on the road. I really appreciated their honesty and that they weren’t your typical salesman who sounds like he just drank ten cups of coffee. I highly recommend VIP Auto Sales and Service.
I recently purchased a pre-owned car here, and I was pleased with the experience from beginning to end. The young man who I first interacted with was friendly and provided accurate information. They allowed me to take the car for an entire day in order to have my mechanic, located 30 miles away, give it a thorough inspection. When I brought it back with a few questions, they checked out some minor glitches to see if they could fix them. And they completed the sale quickly and accurately when I came back the following day. They got so many calls for this car, they probably could have sold it for more money ... it wouldn't have been hard to drive me away by nitpicking or being rude. But they clearly care more about taking good care of their customers and maintaining ethical standards. It's not a fancy place, but it's friendly, clean, well kept and honest. Kudos to Joe, Sam, Caleb and the rest of the staff. I am glad to have found you!
I just stopped by looking for a car to replace my car that got totaled in a wreck. Joe and Sam was awesome answering my questions. I went to my loan office the next day to see what I can get approved for another car because Joe and Sam had two cars that I was interested in. I was not able to get a loan for either one, but told me what to look for. I went back to the lot and told Joe what year and price I needed to stay in. Joe and Sam was able to work out a deal for me to meet my loan office requirements. Joe even remembered my name the next day I went back. The atmosphere was relaxing and they were professional. I am definitely recommending them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I bought a Mercedess GL550 from VIP Auto Sales, Joe and Sam were extremely helpful, and honest. We absolutely love the SUV!! What a great value!!! We have the car now for about a month and it is like new. We will definitely be going back there for our future purchases!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone here know how amazing VIP Auto Sales are. I had come all the way from Michigan it was a four hour drive, once i got tot he dealership Joe and Sam were extremely genuine and very professional. As soon as I choose a car they had brought in the car to their service center to ensure that the car was more than ready to go on my adventures with me. During this whole process, at no time did I ever feel pushed into buying a car from their lot. Joe and Sam were absolutely amazing in helping me buy the car i wanted and not pushing me into buying the cars like other dealers. Vip Auto Sales if by far the best dealership i have been to they take good care of their customers and are one of the friendliest dealerships I know. I will definitely make the trip down to Ohio one more time to buy another car from them.

I purchased a 2007 G6. My battery went out the day after purchase, they replaced it without any issues. They really are a good small dealership. I am very happy with my purchase.
